KRAFT + - Hint of Hound!

Good evening,
Thanks for coming on by.. the days are simply flying by...  I hope your week is going well...

The March challenge for KRAFT +  is another amazing one..  Where do they get their ideas from??  Anyway it is to use a fabulous sketch and a HINT OF HOUND! some hounds tooth pattern on your page..

I have rotated the sketch like this..
and I was too lazy to  go through my stash of papers.. because I knew I had a houndstooth pattern stencil!!! So I used that..

some closer views..

and there is the stencilling..

and layers..

Enjoy the little things..

I scraped around some black gesso on the back ground and then created my layout.. lots of dies and flowers too..

Thank you KRAFT + for another amazing challenge..

Thanks so much for your visit and also for your lovely comments too..!!

  7. Oh my - this is so dramatic with the black and yellow. Love the way you combine all the elements without making it look cluttered, something I found difficult. This is on my wish list to do. Found the houndstooth and that's all I've done. Hope your heat cools off soon. We are still sweltering here. :D
