Freedom... OUAS sept 15

i was so glad to get into my scrap room today and get some scrapping done.. i took the latest challenge from http://onceuponasketchblog.blogspot.com/2011/09/september-15th-challenge.html
to use this sketch
and to journal on your photo.. i found this photo of me when i was about 14 i think.. i was brought up on a farm and my favourite past time was riding horses..i don't have many photos of my younger days but i do have this one so i cherish this memory so much.. the journalling reads.... bareback on my horse, the wind in my hair, sun on my face...... FREEDOM... yes i had no shoes, no saddle, and could ride like the wind when i was younger...  i used some older graphic 45 papers which were beautifully patterned, some 3-d flower stickers, string, a bit of a fence and a die cut bird cage...

thanks for coming by, and comments are always welcome..

some closies....

and i took a photo of my youngest in a field of weeds, and am so pleased with how it turned out.. the purple flower is considered a pest by farmers, but for photographers it is fabulous!! hope you are having a great day!
