MORE THAN WORDS - July Main Challenge .

Hello there,
Thanks so much for dropping on by.. I hope things with you are doing well..

I am just popping up my layout that I created for this months challenge over at
MORE THAN WORDS  which is
The word inspiration is Goodbye and the creative challenge is Monochromatic..  Well I straight away thought about my dear little doggie Cindy who we had to say goodbye to last year.. She was a fabulous little dog, quite sassy for her size. She got a lump on her tummy and we had that removed but more lumps came pretty quickly, and we had to made a decision.. keep getting surgeries or....... So we got her to 15 years old and then we had to say goodbye.. a very hard day and many tears have been shed since.. So I thought I would do a layout to remember her by.. not as easy as I thought.. I had to stop a few times to clear my eyes.. but I am glad I persevered.. and my layout...

a couple of closer views..

Yes Dogs leave paw prints on our hearts..

my journalling..

This was the last photo I took of Cindy... I miss that face.....
I have used a really old Kaisercraft paper range..

Thanks MORE THAN WORDS for a challenge that got me creating a layout about my little doggie Cindy (as hard as it was..)

Thanks for coming by, and thanks to those who leave me comments.. I do appreciate each one..

Until next time..
take care...

  5. Hi Lizzy! Sorry I haven't been to visit in a while. Hoping to do better from now on.
I can certainly understand how you feel about your sweet fur baby. We have lost a few over the years and it is always so hard. The two we have now fill our lives with so much love but I still miss every one we lost. Just heartbreaking every time.
Your page is a beautiful tribute to Cindy. Obviously made with much love and beautifully designed and assembled. Enjoy the rest of the week Lizzy! xx
