I hope your day is going well!
January is flying and for those of us who have school age children that means the holidays are also flying by.. Back to school soon.... but until then I will continue to have some moments to scrap before the rush begins again!
The challenge over at SCRAPBOOKING TOP 50 AUST is a fabulous sketch with lots of layers and I really enjoyed creating my layout for it.. The sketch..

And the challenge for SCRAP THE GIRLS is a free for all but they did provide this sketch to help the creative juices a bit! I have loosely used the sketch for inspiration for my layout..

Oooh! These are gorgeous....love the colours [yeah. Purple. I'm cured!!!] on the top one and those layers....& the 'window shutter' idea on the lower one....fabulous. Really stunning. Go you, girl, getting time to scrap - yay!!!!

Very different layouts but both lovely as always my friend. Love how you stacked the patterned papers to frame your photo in the first layout. And the second one is gorgeous...with that swoon-worthy frame and the lovely embellishments.:)
