Gidday! I trust this finds you all as well as can be... another weekend nearly over and another week about to begin.. I have been so busy, and have not been doing as much scrapping as I would like.. but here is one layout I did during last week.. It is the sketch for The Scrapbook Store which is for December, but thankfully it carries over into January..
The sketch..
and my layout...
Let a little sunshine in....
This is the first time I have made rosette flowers.. the two big ones I have made the two smaller ones are store bought..I have used Basic Grey Lucille papers, masking with texture paste, and bits and pieces from my stash...I really just enjoyed following the sketch.. it has been too hot to fuss too much for me!!
Thanks so much for coming by and as always I read all your comments and appreciate each one!!
Gosh, that masking is sensational....heat hasn't affected your scrapping ability, Lizzy:):)!!!! LOVE those blue sequins? Rhinestones? Can't quite see, but they are sooo pretty!!!! And well done with the big rosettes.... hard work, they are. Hope you get more scrappy time next week.....love seeing what you've been up to::):):)
ReplyDeleteLove the gorgeous Rosette's, the masking looks fabulous...love the extra interest it creates! Lots of beautiful details....just the right amount of fuss! My house is not air conditioned so I'm feeling the heat too, spending lots of time in the pool!
