Well Hello there! As the weather here today was grey I thought a day in my scrap room would be very much the place for today!
I finished off a layout I started for the April sketch challenge for Annas Craft Cupboard which looked like this....
So I used the first photo I came across in my drawer and I created this layout of my 2 sisters and I... The lace along the bottom of the photo I think my sister (sitting closest to me) gave me once, I made the two big flowers, the flourishes were cut on my big shot, and also used MS punches..

and I thought I would do a card for the
Flourish with a bling april challenge which was to take inspiration from this picture..
and I came up with this card... which I am happy with....(as someone who doesn't do many cards!!) the orange flourish really sparkles...
So that is how I spend some of today, thanks for sharing my day, and thanks for any comments you leave me!!
It was a Grey day her today too!! I was not able to scrap thou.. Instead I had to tackle a mountain of Paper work! BUT! the good thing is, No more mountain.... hehehe

I just read Linda's comment and I must admit I used to get a bit confused to. Love the layout and the lace is just beautiful. Great photo with your sisters and now even better in the layout. The card is gorgeous love the bright colours, and your getting really good at making cards. Always a pleasure!!!!!!!!

Your card is fabulously fun with the bright cheery colours and I love the orange flourish and flower. As Gayle said it makes you wanna smile. Both projects are just Beautiful!
