The latest sketch for FEELING SKETCHY #133 is anther fabulous one which looks like..
and once again I have created 2 cards using the sketch..
and they are both Christmas cards!!
i have used a FUNKY FLAIRS STUDIO flair on my first card.. I made the flower on the second one and have used a mix of Kaisercraft papers.
And SCRAP THE GIRLS have a lovely sketch for the November challenge which looks like..

Savouring being at home & NEVER having school awards nights EVER again. YIPPEE!!! I feel for you, my friend. They are a test of endurance, for sure! I do love those two cards - & isn't it amazing how the same sketch can turn out to completely different looking cards???!!! GORGEOUS page.....oh, your girl is beautiful & the colours look so soft and pretty....loving the flower stenciling up the top, I think it is:))!!!!! Enjoy this evening, winks!!!

What a gorgeous LO, fabulous fussy cutting .... and school award nights are well and truly over in our house. (Have lovely memories of proud mumma moments though!- bet you do too!!)

Yes school is nearly finished......just came home from attending my youngest graduation.....formal tonight. I need so get off here and start sewing up the hem of his pants. ReplyDeleteI had to laugh at Lizzy...my school awards evenings started all over again with my grandchildren. Your Christmas cards are so pretty and that makes me feel bad because every year I plan to make some and time always seem to be the problem. Your layout is gorgeous. Beautiful texture with your pastes and you will always be the fussy cutting queen xx

ReplyDeleteHi Lizzy - Love both your Christmas cards, especially the floral spray on the first card and your gorgeous poinsettia on the second card. They're both great takes on our sketch and thanks for playing along at Feeling Sketchy this time. I hope you enjoyed Awards evening. I had to chuckle as we went to our eldest's Leaver's Certificate Evening last week. We were in, out and dusted in just over an hour ... the kids were definitely herded through!!!! :o)
