I have used lots of dies on this one, I made the flowers.. You can see more of the design teams wonderful cards ..HERE!!
And I have a couple of layouts I have created for the challenges over at SCRAPPING CLEARLY.
The first one is the lovely JULY SKETCH which looks like..
I love all the layers! I stuck closely to the sketch for the foundation of my layout..

I have used an older photo of my Daughter that has been on my desk and older papers .. The flowers are older ones from my stash too!
And the MOODBOARD JULY is another fabulous one and I have used the colors as well as being inspired by the large picture of the pink branches and the "XO".

ReplyDeleteOh wow, your pink lay-out is SO beautiful! I love the doilies, the feminine details and the pretty flowers that you added. Your blue lay-out is really pretty as well. It looks so delicate and elegant. I also love the card that you made, especially since it's so bright and colourful.

ReplyDeletehahahaa!!! I love the 'igloo'!!! I'd just got to the end of you post as I took a sip and seeing the little dog nearly made me spurt my tea over my screen!! And please excuse me for not offering sympathy for how cold it is (grinning from Tassie!) Tee hee. Lots to love here - your little heart banner in the card... the pretty LO of your daughter (as usual!) and the branches on the third! And thanks for your comment about old books over on my blog. I've had a couple of comments like 'not sure I can destroy a book yet' so it was time for a paragraph!.

ReplyDeleteNow this is about the third time I have been over here to comment and I kept getting distracted and I wanted to give it time not rush a comment. So I am back again! Your card is a beautiful take on the challenge and the second layout is so pretty with all the layers, but Oh My the third one. Those branches look stunning and I can really see how the moodboard inspired you.The little pearls on the branches are such a gorgeous touch and the touches of blue on your layout divine . A gorgeous photo , a beautiful layout as is all your work Lizzy. I don't blame the little guy for making a igloo either :)
