SCRAP THE BOYS, SCRAP THE GIRLS MARCH

Good Morning to you! Although it is Autumn now I think Summer is holding on for us in this part of the world.. Very hot days..  not much house work has been happening here, but a little bit of creating.. which is so much better any way I think!!!!

The March challenge for SCRAP THE BOYS is a lovely sketch, and if you know me, I do love sketches..  and I rotated it once and used it like this to suit my photo..
I loved all those layers! I have used an older photo of my nephew and older boys paper ranges.. some die cuts and chipboard stickers and created this..

a closer view of a rocket and star which I have lifted up with scrap cardboard..


 You're a star!






And the challenge for SCRAP THE GIRLS is a lovely sketch too which I rotated to suit my photo and I have used the sketch like this..

and a couple of closer views..

Enjoy every moment..
I have used an older kaiser range, dies and a mix of flowers..

Well I think I shall sit somewhere and try to keep cool as the temperature rises outside..  I hope your day is going well and as always I do thank you for any comments you leave me..

    Your first lay-out looks adorable and awesome at the same time and that second lay-out is truly gorgeous with all the romantic touches. I just love both pages a lot!

    We had a fabulous sun-shiny day, thank you! And you've done 2 challenges I've got my eye on,too. The sketches look way easy to work with....love the brights on the top one....& the girl one is really, really lovely:):)

    They are both inspiring sketches Lizzy. I'm a bit of a sucker for bold and bright little boys pages and also for pretty and feminine girls layouts. You nailed them both with your usual flair. Thanks for the inspration :D

    Both great pages Lizzy,the little man is such a cutie,great fussy cutting as always gorgeous work.Its very hot here today also sitting under the aircon makes sense to me!

    I don't know how you manage to do all the challenges and stuff that you do. I know I am a total procrastinator and it takes me forever to get going. I love both of these layouts. The boys one is just amazing. What a gorgeous pic and I love the papers. The girls one is just as it should be soft and pretty. I love seeing your work.

I seem to run out of time. You are amazing along with your work. I just love both of these layouts. The brightness of the first with such a handsome subject.
