A warm Hello to you! So pleased you have dropped by!
The card sketch for FEELING SKETCHY #112 was a lovely one and I enjoyed doing a Birthday Card this time.. (give the Chrissy ones a rest for a while!!)
The Sketch looks like..
and my card ...
Happy Birthday..
I have used really old papers, dies, stamps and a 3-D flower sticker and finished it off with a little bow!
The January challenge for SCRAP THE GIRLS is a really lovely sketch.. which I have turned to use like this..
I have used the Couture Creations Vintage Rose papers and did lots of fussy cutting and layering up with foam dots...
and my layout..
Smile..
And yesterday I had a lovely day scrapping the D-Lish Mood Board.... only thing is.. when I went to put it on the D-lish blog today I found I did the DECEMBER board...!!!hehe.. Senior moment..!!! so I will share my layout anyway!!!
The December Board..
and my layout.. I really took a lot of elements from the mood board including the butterflies, the arrows, the rosette flowers, the hearts and the colors.. And I started to use the sketch but then went off on my own way!!
Sunshine..
I like that layout.. just did it for the wrong month!!! hehe!! Note to self.... make sure I clear ALL of last months challenges away before starting a new month... Ah well, please tell me I am not the only person who has done that before!!
Thanks for coming by, and as always.. thank you for any comments you leave me too..

ReplyDeleteOOPS! I've done that before....but my secret is I just put it aside 'til I see another challenge that it will fit later on .....& usually that happens - so I don't feel I've 'wasted' an opportunity!!! LOOOVE all of these - of course, the D'Lish one with those yummy pops of yellow has stolen my heart.....I so wanted to get a card done for Feelin Sketchy....sigh!
