Hello there..
Would someone please put the brakes on this month? It is going by a bit too fast.. would be nice to have a few more days left in April then there are on my calendar!!
I have had a little time in my scrap room this last week and I created layouts for this months STUCK?! sketches..
April 1st sketch..
and my layout..
Your smile..
I have lifted the die cuts with foam tape.
I have used an older Bo Bunny range of papers Alora for this layout..
and April 15th sketch.
and my layout, using the newer Bo Bunny range of papers Primrose.
Breathtaking.
I love the gorgeous pink Manor House flowers!
I hope whatever you are up to this weekend, that it is enjoyable!
Thanks for dropping by and I always love reading the comments you leave me!
Lizzy, you continue to amaze me! I love, love, LOVE the second layout! It's so soft and feminine...and those flowers! The first is great too! Oh, and I concur with you, wholeheartedly, about how time seems to slip away so quickly...the older I get, the faster the days seem to zoom by.

Hope your weekend has been a good one, our Sunday has just woken and what a glorious one it promises to be! xox
ReplyDeleteGorgeous pages again Lizzy! The three photos o the frst one are so striking. The pictures of your DD are very beautiful! Number two is probably my fave. I love the Primrose collection and have been making some pages myself ecently for SOE kits. You used the collection with excellence! (And the pink flowers are so yummy)
ReplyDeleteAnd oh yes,...I totally get it; -We need MORE TIME, the very scarce resource,.... It seems to be that same for all of us .-)
Love your layouts and the Bo Bunny collections as well! Your work is just beautiful. Great takes on the sketches. Thanks for sharing with us at Stuck?!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous work Lizzy! Someone said in one of your previous posts that they'd love to see your collection of dies and I've been noticing the dies in your work ever since! Your little girl has such a gorgeous smile.
ReplyDeleteTwo fabulous and very different pages. You have a great talent Lizzy for matching the "mood" of your photo to all the elements you then choose to create your page with. Sometimes it's easy to get distracted by all the fantastic "products" out there and add them to a page just because we love them, not because they suit the photo, or the theme or mood of the photo. Beautiful job as always. x
ReplyDeleteGreat job on both layouts! I especially love the embellishing on the 2nd one!!! Thanks for playing along with Stuck?!
ReplyDeleteA gorgeous subject for these simply beautiful layouts! I love them both, so much! You always do such a wonderful job with these challenges, Lizzy. And yes, the month is going by way to fast. May will be here before we know it!
