The challenge over at STB's is a sketch, and I do love a good sketch!
I have used photos of my sister's grandboys and pretty much stayed close to the sketch.. I used the old Little Toot papers from Kaiser..
This is the sketch..

And over at FEELING SKETCHY the card sketch looks like..
and there is an option to use dies or punches.. I have used dies to make my flower, the leaves and the warm wishes.
and just another card I made when I had a bit of time.. I used bits and pieces from on my desk..

ReplyDeleteLove the boy page Lizzy, I love scrapping about boys because I have five grandsons and one son. I love the first card also, the colours work so well with that one.

Hey, Lizzy - wet, cold & windy down here....brrrr! LOVE your STB LO....great lines & those trucks are uber cute!!! And your card is lovely....& the bow on the 2nd one is fabulous.......it really makes me want to get my die cuts OUT & USED.....I keep forgetting them...very bad!!!!

Beautiful work Lizzy.......the cards are so pretty. I really love the bow on the second, its gorgeous! Two of my children have birthdays this week, I've been busy doing last minute shopping in between every thing else.....so wish I had more time to enter some other layout challenges.
