Bloom - The Scrapbook Store sketch

Hi there on this beautiful day!

so nice to get some scrapping done!!

The September sketch for the Scrapbook Store looks like this...

and when I was scrounging around my photo drawer I found these photos of my DD in the Jacaranda tree.. I have used old papers and some chipboard that I painted...texture paste and paint and a mask for the background...  and came up with this...

  6. PERFECT!!! This is just....gorgeous! LOVE those green flourishes - & that little envelope up the top....seriously YUM. A winner in my book...& this sketch is really, really nice...a good one....BTW you got me motivated to have a go at Scrap Therapy's this a.m after seeing your yesterday. I had one hour....& did it in that time! Challenged myself. Usually it takes me soooo looong.... THANK YOU:):):)

  7. Oh my, what gorgeous photos! -And you created the perfect setting for your beautiful DD.Jacarandas are so so lovely. Unfortunately they don't like our northern climate.

  8. wow Liz, this layout is just stunning, purple is your daughter's color, no doubt about that! and on this layout it is just beautiful! what a lucky little girl to have bunch of scrapbooks that look like your pages, they are always so full of amazing detail and beauty, something she will treasure and carry with her forever I am sure of that :)

  23. Have never seen a Jacaranda tree except in a photo, how amazing to actually have one! Lovely photos as always and beautiful romantic colours, love the soft lavender/lilac hues. Very pretty punchwork and page Lizzy! xoxo
