White with One - on tour!

The August challenge for WW1 is a doozie! White, with maps and travel embellishments..Humm.. got me thinking.. and I am open to admit I found this one quite a challenge.. not just with the criteria, but also because I chose to do a layout on my son who has just done a big tour with his band and on his travels they stopped in at Canberra and took this photo outside Parliament House.. So the only travel themed papers I have are the Kaiser ones Pack your bags and Up Up and Away..So that is what I have used, and in my search for anything to use I found I had an arrow punch.. not sure how long I have had that, but it came in handy for this layout!!

So On Tour....

    You have an ARROW punch...that's FAB...looks great - love how you've used tickets as well...being a band & all...& those chevrons in the bg are YUM!!! Like how you've picked the blue from the photo & run with it:)):)

    I am loving the hexagon trend right now and your layout is right up there with them. I absolutely adore the tickets peeking out on the sides. Lovely layout.

    Gosh, your son plays in a band. What kind of music do they play? like your take on the challenge, really a hard one but you cracked it! this has such a great design. xox
