Greetings! how is your new year?? i hope it is going along scraptastically!!! my first layout for this year has been the inspiration challenge for get picky....
http://getpicky.blogspot.com/2011/12/december-inspiration-challenge-15.html and it is about the new year, but they also had a really lovely poem to use for inspiration if we wished.. after reading the poem i thought the words were so beautiful and everything i wished for my daughter.. the photos i have used were taken at sunset New Year Eve, the last sunset for the year so i thought the photos were perfect to use..
i have printed out the poem from the Get Picky site and am not sure about the copyright thing, but i want to give credit to the author of the poem whose name is printed at the end of the journalling...( thank you for sharing your lovely thoughts and i hope it is ok i have used them on my layout..)
i have used lots of 3-D stickers on this layout..(trying to use the stash!!!)

ReplyDeleteI think this idea is great & it's something you can pop on the wall & look at for a while longer than a straight out scrap page, because the words are so lovely. That photo is brilliant ~ & well done using the stash. Good luck with that:):)

Oh, Lizzy, this one just turned out AMAZINGLY! Those stunning photos, love the type-font poem (isn't it a great one?!), and you've really used all those 3-d stash-stickers to full effect...love this!
