MORE THAN WORDS : June 2019 Challenge.

Hello there
Thanks for coming by today.. I hope your day is going well..
I have managed to get a little scrapping done for this months challenge over at MORE THAN WORDS which is a fabulous one again this month and it is...

 well scraplift myself and be inspired by the word 'favourite'.  I found one of my favourite layouts and I dont think I have even shared this one on my blog before and I used that for my layout to scraplift and I have used lots of dies on my page, and I love to use dies, they are one of my favourite things to use on my layouts.. so I hope that is a good way to be inspired by the word 'favourite'!!

This is my layout that I have used for inspiration to scraplift..

There is lots I love about this layout, the photo for a start, my daughter and our old horse Bess who is no longer with us, and the simple strips of paper, a hint of texture and color on the back ground and the die cut pieces around the page too..

And I have used one of my favourite border punches too..

KAISERCRAFT CHALLENGE CORNER #3 - Use your stamps.

Hello there,
I trust this finds you well. While we had a burst of winter last week, this week has been quite pleasant..  but I think there is cold on the way again..
I decided to play along with the challenge over at KAISERCRAFT CORNER #3 which is to use your stamps..  Well I got quite a surprise at just how many Kaisercraft stamps I do have... so I picked out a few and thought I would use those on my layout..  I didnt take a photo of what collections the stamps were from but I guarantee they are all from Kaisercraft!!

My title is a stamp, the leaves were stamped then fussy cut and the doodled flowers were also stamped and fussy cut.. and some light stamping on the background for some texture..

I have used a mix of Kaisercraft papers.. and those flowers are perhaps the first flowers I ever bought from Kaisercraft..  slowly using them up!!!

KRAFT+ - June Challenge - Use Patterns..

Hello there,
Here we are turning the calendar pages over to the month of June... wow.. totally speechless at how we are now in the 6th month of the year ... already....
BUT!! not to worry, because the new challenge for KRAFT+ (BLOG) is up on the blog and also over on KRAFT + FACEBOOK COMMUNITY where you can enter your creation.. and this month it is..

 to use patterns, on the base of Kraft...
Well I was inspired by the colors, the blues yellows and greens and I have used lots of patterned papers on my page.. and an adorable photo of my Grandie smelling a sunflower!!

I used a die to cut out the squares and the chipboard is from Scrapmatts..

Well I hope your day is going great..  for us it begins the season of Winter, and I would make a great bear as I could hibernate through winter I reckon!! hehe.. but I hope it is a good month for us all.
