ANNAS CRAFT CUPBOARD COMMUNITY Challenge - Butterflies..

Hello there,
How is your day going? Good I hope!
I am just putting my layout here that I created for ANNAS CRAFT CUPBOARD Community Challenge  which is to use Butterflies!! Well I recently got the beautiful papers from Prima Lavender Collection (from Annas !!)  and some of the papers had butterflies on them, so I thought I would use them..

so some closer views..

Such pretty papers of mauve, pink and gold fold..

Lots of fussy cutting and I lifted up the flowers and butterflies with foam squares.

Thank you Annas Craft Cupboard for this lovely challenge this month!!I loved creating with these papers, a little treat to myself. And of course my beautiful Daughter is always a delight to scrap!

MORE THAN WORDS - September - Sunshine and Yellow!

Hello There,
How has your day been? I had a lovely weekend with my DD and my Grand Daughter staying over, and while it is really busy, all those cuddles with my Darling are cherished so much.. She is growing so fast and will be 7 months this week...
Which brings me to the layout that I would like to share with you, and it is for the challenge over at...MORE THAN WORDS - September - SUNSHINE AND YELLOW!!

When I saw this image I thought straight away of my Darling Grand Daughter, she has brought such sunshine into my life, and I love the sweet photo of her wearing her onesie with sunflowers on it!! so I knew I wanted to scrap it, and this challenge was the perfect invitation to do it!!

I got out so many yellow flowers from my stash for this page.. I even used a sunflower die to make some sunflowers!!

Hello there, How are you today!? Things are a bit quieter at my place as my Dd has gone to Japan with her school.. I am sure she is having an amazing time, but it sure is quiet around here!! hehe!!

SKETCHABILITIES #153

Hello there!
How is life at your place? I hope you are doing ok! So it is the middle of the month so that means  I am just popping up the new sketch for SKETCHABILITIES #153 and it is a fabulous multi photo sketch and as I don't usually put more then one photo on my layouts, I enjoyed this sketch using 3 photos from a photo shoot with my daughter!

I have used Kaisercraft papers, some stenciling and misting on the back ground and a Martha Stewart edge punch along the bottom of my page..

Color, Stories Inspiration #261

Hello there, How are you doing this September day! We have had Fathers Day last weekend and Woolworths has not disappointed  by having some Christmas Puddings on sale already!! hehe.. crazy hey??!! Other stores look like they are clearing shelves for... you know what..!!  so we better hang onto our hats cos the rest of the year is gunna fly !! It is extra busy for me as this is my Daughters last year.. year 12 ... exams.... and then formal...  so busy busy busy!!

And speaking of my Daughter...  The new challenge is up and running over at
Color, Stories, Inspiraton #261 and as Scrapmatts are a sponsor we were asked if we would like to join in as guest detectives again this month.. sooo I created a layout for the challenge.

This is the scene and colors, and if you pop over to the C.S.I. BLOG and check out all the inspiration and see all the clues if you can join in...

As the criteria was to document something about school, I found a photo of my DD in year one and created my layout around that..
I used the colors as well as a solid white back ground, ledger paper print, fruit - apples, calendar, clock, film strip, school themed elements, numbers, stamps..

And I would like to share a layout I created just for fun last month and I haven't shared it on my blog yet, it was for my DT work for Scrapmatts and it is a simple page that didnt take too long to create. KRAFT + September - Office Supplies!

Good morning! Happy Spring and Happy Fathers Day to all our Dads today! We are heading out later to see my Dad and then my Hubbys Dad so just grabbing a few minutes to put up the new challenge for KRAFT+ and what a fabulous challenge this month.. it is...
to use Office Supplies..  well if you have school children I am sure you have an assortment of supplies you can raid.. 
This is a list of what I have used on my layout..
Paper clips, staples, masking tape, string, shipping tags, hole adhesive rings, small foldback clip.. and I am sure you could find many more things to use on your page!!
