New Month - New Challenges - KRAFT+ & the 123 CHALLENGE BLOG.

Hello there,
Welcome to March, and for us it is Autumn.. I like Autumn, the afternoons are great for getting out in the garden and hopefully the heat of summer slowly disappears..

I would like to put up my Design Team layouts for two challenges.. may as well put them up together!!

For this months challenge over at KRAFT+ is a fun one and one for you to get creative with!!

  For us to use our own handmade stamps.. there is soo much you can use for this..

I was very simple in my approach to this.. I simply used a piece of corrugated card stuck on a lid and used white gesso to stamp randomly around my page..

 

I then added some water color onto the back ground and then added my photo and embellishments..

 

 Lots of layers and fussy cutting!!

(and in typical fashion I nearly covered up my back ground with my embellishing!! but you can still see the back ground details peeking out!! ) You can pop your layout up over on the

WHATS IN THE BICKIE TIN & ANNAS CRAFT CUPBOARD CHALLENGES.

Hello there,
Can you believe how quickly the days are flying by this month?? Crikey I betta get these layouts put up before the month comes to a close!!

The first layout is for the challenge over at WHATS IN THE BICKIE TIN over on FACEBOOK and it is...
To use white,
some chipboard, and
2 photos..

Fussy cut roses from the papers then some glitter glue for sparkle!! I have used really old Kaisercraft chipboard pieces that I have had for agesssss!!

I layered the fussy cut roses in between the chipboard.. I painted the chippies with white gesso..

Love these photos of my Grandie... who incidentally will be 2 tomorrow... how did that happen!!???

I fussy cut the flowers and I layered up a few of them with some foam squares for added dimension..I also did some stamping on the back ground with some old stamps I have had for a long time..

SCRAPMATTS CREATING.

Hello there,
how are things with you? really good I hope..
I am just popping in to put up my creating for Scrapmatts this month.. I am back creating for them again this
year after a break last year.. I love the Scrapmatts range of products and it seems to be growing all
the time..

I created a layout using some Chipboard pieces and a stencil for some interest for the back ground..

I also created a quick card..



I love the Wildflowers chipboard and I used a title for the sentiment for the card..

Hello there,
how is your day going? We have had some beautiful rain and the whole place looks so green and lush.. so very thankful for each drop.. our tanks are overflowing, that hasn't happened in a long time!!

KRAFT+ - Inspired by the Seasons..

and hello to February!! and no I am not going to comment on where did January go!!??
(but I guess I just did !!!!) 
And with the new month come the new Scrap challenges, and this month at Kraft+
It is to be inspired by Seasons...

 And create on Kraft base..

and I sort of was inspired by the Seasons of life.. My Hubby and I have been through many seasons, and I was inspired by the changes of life.

Though seasons change.. love remains..

WHATS IN THE BICKIE TIN - Jan Challenge 2020.

Hello there,
yes I am still here even if I havent been around much.. I have just had a little holiday at the beach, and relaxin was on my mind and my days were filled with all things holiday.. and now I am back and trying to catch up!!

Before my holiday I created a layout for the January challenge for WHATS IN THE BICKIE TIN which was to use..
the color blue, sequins or confetti, and at least 3 layers..
sooo my layout..

lots of layers. and I placed sequins around my layout for some sparkle!

These sure are memories now.. my DD is in her second year out of school... how did that happen!!!!??

Just popping back in to put up this months challenge for the 123 CHALLENGE BLOG which is a fabulous one to start the year off with and it is...

 To be inspired by this sketch, use the two words "summer time" and three main colors.. This month the colors are Pantene blue, white and a color of your choice..
I used yellow for the color of my choice and my layout...

HAPPY NEW YEAR!! KRAFT+ Jan 2020!

Hello and Happy New Year! Did you see the new year in!!?? I did.. with my doggie and in my jarmies on the lounge watching tv!! hehe!! Lets see what 2020 has in stall..  I really do pray for rain as there has been some horrific fires around.. just heartbreaking.....

The new reveal has gone up for the challenge for KRAFT+ which I reckon is a great one to start the year.. and it is..

 How cool is this???

WHATS IN THE BICKIE TIN - Dec.

Hello there,
I trust you had a lovely Christmas Day.. I had a very quiet one here, which was good.. Just a few more days and we will have to put the new calendars up... and probably hang on to our hats in 2020!!

I have been pottering around and managed to create this layout for the December Challenge for
WHATS IN THE BICKIE TIN which is to use Green, ribbon and bling..

and my layout..

The bling is a Kaisercraft flourish which I cut in half to suit where I wanted to put it..

I have used green and used some satin ribbon which I created a bow with.. The daisy's are stickers that I have had for ages!!

KRAFT+ December Challenge..

Well Hello December... how did that happen???
With the new month comes the new scrapping Challenges and this month over at
KRAFT+ we have a wonderful sketch to help you get your mojo going in this busy time of the year.. and it is..

I was inspired by the colors and by Christmas, but you dont have use that on your creation if you choose.. I made some flowers with a die and cut some stars too..
