I have had some therapy this week, and managed to get in my scrap room and create.. I still feel so far behind in what I would have liked to have done by now, but anyway I shall just grab time here and there and create and try and support all my favourite challenges...
When I was looking for a photo for a challenge I came across this photo of my great nephew and thought that would go well for this months SCRAP THE BOYS challenge which is to use blue and green colors..

The October challenge for 123 CHALLENGE BLOG is to use
I created this layout last night and had no idea how it would turn out.. no plan or sketch, just fussy cut the elements from the papers I was using and created this....Even on a rainy day, you keep sunshine in your heart..
I have yellow the word heart and I used mixed fonts on my computer for the title.. I used papers from a DCWV stack called skys the limit that I got from spotlight..
and the last layout is created using the sketch from STUCK1? OCT 1st which I used like this..

ReplyDeleteI'm really loving your creations lately and as I have lots of boy projects yours really caught my eye, the photo was perfect for the colour theme. The layouts with your girls are bothl fabulous in different ways, the fussy cutting and the balloons in the first one look awesome and I love the stamped almost grungy look of the second one. Three absolutely beautiful projects.

You have been busy.......I have some catching up to do :) Love the mix of greens in no. 1 with the cute little details...frogs and snails etc, no.2 - For not knowing where you where headed it sure turned out great...love all the fussy cutting , great sentiment! ReplyDeleteLizzy such beautiful layouts I love them all. I have made a not of all the cool challenges to follow too... otherwise I am a procrastinator and I get nothing done. I love the cut out arrows from the 'all about a boy page' they are so cool I have some of those downloaded for silhouette but I am so useless with it - I reckon I just need to play.
