Well a fabulous Friday to you all!! I hope your week has gone really well.. they go so fast!!
I have done a few challenges in my spare time!
The
CARDABILITIES #79 sketch was a really lovely one..

The card sketch for
FEELING SKETCHY #65 was another lovely one and I made 2 cards simply because I was using up scraps of paper and there was enough for 2 cards!!

The challenge for
KRAFT IT UP JULY is to use a style that is different from your usual style.. well I TRIED to do white space on my layout... but if you know me.. that is like leaving the last chocolate biscuit on the plate... I find it so hard to do!!! as well as that I did NOT use flowers on this layout.. another hard thing for me to do on a female layout... I can leave flowers off a male layout ok, but flowers and girls are made for each other!!! hehe!!
School is cool..
and a bit closer..
Well that was hard to not extend the embellies out further, I had to put this layout to one side and stop adding to it!!hehe! But it was a great challenge!!

ReplyDeleteGood on you Lizzie, with the KIU challenge.....it looks totally AMAZING & I really, REALLY like how you've done that lettering with the gesso...looks super cool. I've been trying to work out which card I like best - they're all yummy..I think the 'faux bow' looking one is my very fave!!! Have a great weekend:):):)

Wow your layout is a different style to what I am used to seeing from you Lizzy, but I love it. Your stenciled background is fabulous and your cards are beautiful too. They really do show styling for beautiful layers. Hope you have a wonderful weekend and that its not too cold up your way! xx

ReplyDeleteFirstly, I love those cards. Secondly, I understand how hard that layout must have been. It is soooo different from your usual style! It's great to do this though cos it makes us think about our layouts differently and learn something along the way. Hope the rest of your weekend is very enjoyable.
