How are you on this pleasant Saturday night? Well I hope.
This next layout I am sharing has been sitting on my scrap desk for nearly two weeks.. I just havent been able to get in and finish it, but today I did..
It is for the challenge over at C.S.I. : Color, Stories, Inspiration #273 which looks like
I have used the topic of documenting about the one you love, and for the testimony I have used paint, wreath, woodgrain, jars, flowers, ribbon, hearts, metal and distressing. I have used a photo of my Darling Grand daughter as she is someone I love so very dearly! (And the photo matched the colors which I have used on my layout!!)some closer views..
I started my page with patting some water color paint around the back ground. when that was dry I began creating..
just a closer view of the little jars I put on my layout and the woodgrain paper..
Just a closer look at the wire heart in the cluster.
Love you always..
I adore this photo of my Grandie, she is such a little character now!! and she will be One year old very soon.. unbelievable how fast that has gone!
Thanks C.S.I. for another fabulous challenge!
Thanks so much for dropping by, I dont know about you, but this year has just continued on being busy like last year!!! thanks for the lovely comments you leave me to read, I appreciate each one..
until next time...

I was just simply inspired to use old book pages as embellishments for my page.. I have been to lifeline when they had a massive book sale and got a carton of old books and I have used pages from one of those.. generally speaking I love books and would not wreck them so these old pages have graced my layout..

and to also be inspired by the mood board..
well I was inspired by the top left photo of the flower, so I created some 'fluffy' flowers similar to that one... (I hope!!!)

to be inspired by Indigenous Art and what a fabulous array of creations on this graphic.. I did not even try to copy these superb art forms but was inspired by the top right hand picture of black white and spots so that is what I used on my page..

to be inspired by the word believe and to use some stamping.. I have done some subtle stamping on the back ground of my page and I went with a quote I found and I have used a gorgeous photo of my Grand Daughter.. I wish for her that she will grow up and see her potential and reach her dreams, and I believe a lot of how our children grow up comes from how we treat them as individuals.. I hope you see what I mean when you see the quote I have used.. I hope her parents are encouraged by my layout to speak positive words to their children and watch them grow to see what amazing people they can become... enough talk... my layout..

Needles and Pins!! What do you think of when you hear that.. there is some wonderful and varied inspiration over on the
