SHOP AND CROP SCRAPBOOKING Blog Post.

Hello there! I hope you are having a marvellous day! The month is quickly coming to a close and a couple of sleeps and it will be September! Goodness me!!

I am up on the SHOP AND CROP SCRAPBOOKING Blog with two layouts using fabulous summery papers from Fancy Pants that comes in a Kit which you can find in the Store HERE!!!

I have step by step instructions on how I created my layout too and I would love it if you pop by and check out my post HERE!!

My first layout uses a photo I took when we stayed at the Warwick Resort in Fiji and I think the papers suited my photo so well!!

And the second layout I created is a fun colorful one using the papers and embellies from the kit.

KAISERCRAFT AUGUST BLOG CHALLENGE - Cogs.

Hello there,
How has your day been? Mine has been a busy one, but I feel like I have got nothing to show for it!! Ever have one of those days!!?? Anyhow..  This week I have managed to scrap for this months challenge over at KAISERCRAFT BLOG CHALLENGE AUGUST and it is to be inspired by
COGS!!
Well I have used mainly the new paper range Factory 42, but have also used a bit of K-Bots collection and Garage Days!! I have also created lots of cogs using dies including the Kaisercraft cogs die..  and this is what I came up with..

STUCK?! August 15 Sketch Challenge

Hello there!
I hope your weekend has been a great one! They go so fast!! I think another day in a weekend would be an excellant idea!!!

I got some time over the weekend to get some scrapping done as the weather was cold and windy, definitely a good idea to stay inside!! I loved the latest sketch for STUCK?! 15th August which looks like..

What a fabulous sketch, and fantastic inspiration from the Design Team too..

and my layout... with some closer views first..

The daisy's are stickers and the butterflies were printed off the internet..

Some stencilling and misting on the back ground..

There are so many beautiful reasons to be happy!

Such a lovely sketch and I have used Kaisercraft papers and some die cuts too..

SHOP AND CROP SCRAPBOOKING AUGUST.

Hi there!
How is your day going? Good I hope..  the month is half way already, and we are nearing the end of winter, but for us this week we are having unseasonably warm weather.. I dont mind the warm weather, but I also got a fire warning on my phone, and that I do not like at all..  Hoping for some much needed rain really soon...

Have you seen this months challenge for Shop and Crop Scrapbooking.. It is a fabulous tic tac toe and you have to choose 3 things in a straight line..And it is..
I chose the middle line and used a stencil, cardstock and ink..
This is just a close up of the back ground..  using a stencil, stamping and a light misting.

123 CHALLENGE BLOG AUGUST CHALLENGE - Family Fun..

Hello there, I hope your day is going well..  August seems to be galloping along like all the other months, so I had better get organized and share my layout for the challenge over at the 123 CHALLENGE BLOG which is another of the new format..  Do you like the new design and challenge..???  I would like to know any feed back to pass on to the crew at 123 Challenge blog...

so here is this months challenge...
We need to see these 3 colors predominately and use the sketch and the two words can either be in your journalling or title...  You can see all the inspiration from the design team HERE!!!!!

That is where I have used the words family and fun..

The way I do these challenges is I find some papers and embellies that fit the colors and go with that and somethings I use and some I dont...  The lovely Charms Heart fitted the colors I think!

KRAFT+ August - Inspired by trees..

Good day to you.. a pinch and a punch we are in the 8th month!!!!

The new challenge for August for KRAFT+ is another fabulous one... and yes I say that each month because they really really are!!! and it is...
To be inspired by trees, and you can use leaves and branches, or create a layout about a special tree from your memories...

Well I was immediately inspired by the beautiful gum trees in my back yard.. I am blessed to live in a rural area and have such lovely trees and of course all the birds that come with that,...  The sounds I hear every day of birds being busy squawking or laughing! Yes the Kookaburras are among my favorite bird, so I went out one day and snapped a few photos of my resident Kookaburra and began to create...

Merry merry king of the bush is he... haha as the song goes...
